施工升降機(jī)是建筑中經(jīng)常使用的載人載貨施工機(jī)械，主要用于高層建筑的內(nèi)外裝修、橋梁、煙囪等建筑的施工。由于其獨(dú)特的箱體結(jié)構(gòu)讓施工人員乘坐起來(lái)既舒適又安全，已被公認(rèn)為高層建筑施工不可缺少的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一。施工升降機(jī)主要組成部分如下：導(dǎo)軌架、吊籠、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、附墻架、底架護(hù)欄、電氣系統(tǒng)、安全保護(hù)裝置、電纜供電裝置等。

1、施工升降機(jī)的安全開關(guān)都是根據(jù)安全需要設(shè)計(jì)的，有圍欄門限位、吊籠門限位、頂門限位、極限位開關(guān)、上下限位開關(guān)、對(duì)重防斷繩保護(hù)開關(guān)等。為了避免事故隱患的發(fā)生，使用單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)管理，嚴(yán)格要求升降機(jī)維護(hù)和操作人員定期檢查各種安全開關(guān)的安全可靠性，杜絕事故的發(fā)生。

2、施工升降機(jī)各停靠層應(yīng)設(shè)置?？堪踩雷o(hù)門。如果不按要求設(shè)置，在高處等候的施工人員很容易發(fā)生意外墜落事故。在設(shè)置停靠安全防護(hù)門時(shí)，應(yīng)保證安全防護(hù)門的高度不小于1.8m，且層門應(yīng)有聯(lián)鎖裝置，在吊籠未到停層位置，防護(hù)門無(wú)法打開，保證作業(yè)人員安全。
