一、安全帽
安全帽使用前要檢查帽殼、帽襯、帽帶是否齊全有效；安全帽應戴緊、戴正，帽帶應系在頜下并系緊；安全帽的有效期限從產品制造完成之日起計算，塑料帽不超過兩年半，玻璃鋼帽不超過三年半。

二、安全帶
安全帶必須每半年經(jīng)過檢驗單位檢驗合格后方可使用；有可能進行高空作業(yè)的工作，在進入工作場所時，身上必須佩有安全帶。

三、安全繩
為保證高空作業(yè)人員在移動過程中始終有安全保證，當進行特別危險作業(yè)時，要求在系好安全帶的同時，系掛在安全繩上；禁止使用麻繩來做安全繩；使用3米以上的長繩要加緩沖器；一條安全繩不能兩人同時使用。

四、差速保護器
自鎖器在使用前應進行檢查；自鎖器掛鉤，應掛在安全帶金屬環(huán)上；受過嚴重沖擊的自鎖器應該停止使用。
