1、升降機總體設計的主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)包括尺寸參數(shù)、運動參數(shù)、動力參數(shù)、占用面積和空間等;總體布局包括部件組成、各部件的空間位置布局和各部件相對運動配合關系。在確定總體布局時,應充分考慮使用維護的方便性、安全性、外觀造型、環(huán)境保護和對環(huán)境的要求等關系;系統(tǒng)原理圖包括產(chǎn)品總體布局圖、機械傳動系統(tǒng)圖、液壓系統(tǒng)圖、電力驅(qū)動和控制系統(tǒng)圖等。
