升降平臺鏈條可以根據(jù)貨物的提升高度不同調(diào)節(jié)鏈條的長度，是升降平臺必非常重要的取物裝置，對提高升降機的作業(yè)效率，擴大升降機的作業(yè)范圍起著重要作用。那么應該如何維護升降平臺的鏈條呢？

1、介紹鏈輪磨損嚴重后，應同時更換新鏈輪和新鏈條，以保證良好的嚙合，舊的液壓升降平臺鏈條上不能與部分新鏈條混合使用，否則容易在傳動中產(chǎn)生沖擊，拉斷鏈條。
