1、液壓泵輸油量不足。包括液壓泵泵油量不夠，吸油阻力過大，吸油管道漏氣，油液黏度過大或油溫太低，油箱中油面高度過低以及油箱通氣孔堵塞，可能由于貨物在承載時(shí)，超載或者偏載，使得活塞桿與油缸受到損壞。

2、液壓泵內(nèi)泄漏嚴(yán)重。如零件磨損過大、密封間隙變大、泵體因鑄造缺陷等，使鋁合金升降機(jī)壓油腔和吸油腔連通，調(diào)整的螺母和六角螺母不在正確的位置上；這時(shí)要根據(jù)判斷，更換活塞桿或油缸，不使用鋁合金升降機(jī)時(shí)把車降調(diào)最低，重新調(diào)整螺母。

3、壓力油路的管接頭及各種閥的泄漏。如液壓缸液壓馬達(dá)的密封裝置損壞，引起內(nèi)泄漏嚴(yán)重，活塞桿長時(shí)間暴露而生銹，阻礙了活塞的順利運(yùn)動(dòng)。
