1、升降機齒輪表面疲憊
升降機齒輪齒面點蝕,點蝕多發(fā)生在節(jié)線四周。當接觸應力和輪回次數(shù)超過一定限度時,兩齒面會產(chǎn)生微小的裂紋,接觸應力是隨時間而變化的脈動輪回應力,隨輪回次數(shù)的增加,裂紋逐步擴展,就會使裂紋之間的金屬微粒剝落下來形成齒面疲憊點蝕。

2、監(jiān)督及齒面磨損
