升降機在建筑行業(yè)的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛，升降機在使用過程中,電氣具有重要的影響，在使用之前升降機廠家需要對機器進行一定的檢查。

1、需要用接地電阻測試儀測量升降機鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及電器設(shè)備金屬外殼的接地電阻，不得大于4Ω;

2、需要用500V兆歐表測電動機及電器元件的對地電阻應(yīng)不小于1MΩ;

3、需要檢查升降機各安裝控制開關(guān),分別打開吊籠籠上各個門,觸動斷繩保護開關(guān),上下限位開關(guān)、極限開關(guān)等均應(yīng)能夠起作用;

4、需要校核電動機界限,吊籠上、下運動方向應(yīng)與操作盒所示方向一致。
